The breakfast was fabulous. It included much more than i expected. the setting was lovely, and the hostesses were very attentive. i also found a wonderful view and even a bottle of wine in my room. the staff was helpful and friendly .

The main complaint is with the air condition system in the room. It never reached a comfortable level. it was 38 degrees outside. therefore, i could not sleep well at all.

the front desk offered luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, a convenient service. the staff provided directions to nearby attractions, streamlining my sightseeing plans. bell service was available at the entrance.

My room had a mini-fridge stocked with beverages. It was very useful for keeping drinks cool. the room included a work desk with accessible power outlets, which suited my needs for some remote work. blackout curtains helped me get a restful sleep.

the staff was super helpful, and the breakfast buffet had much variety. the hotel location is excellent for major attractions and transportation options were many. the rooftop restaurant had amazing views and wonderful staff.

The gym only had old equipment. Some machines did not work.

the location was quite convenient (very central!).

the air conditioning system seemed centrally controlled, and i was unable to adjust the temperature in my room. i requested assistance at the front desk, but the staff did not resolve the problem. additionally, i found the lack of available power outlets near the bed inconvenient, the bathroom was seriously flawed and had only about 3' to spare between the corner of the bed and the luggage bench on the window side.

the location was acceptable, quite central for getting around.

The room was a letdown, i have to say. It felt quite outdated for a hotel that calls itself 4-star, the shower was tiny and the plastic curtain stuck to me, which, admittedly, is a personal pet peeve. there was a constant mechanical noise from the backyard, so leaving the window open was out of the question.

The bathroom was quite small I found this particularly challenging given the overall size of the room I also noticed that the soundproofing wasn't as effective as I'd hoped Traffic noise at night was intrusive making it hard to sleep despite the hotel's central location It's something to consider if you are sensitive to noise. I would have appreciated a quieter room. The disturbances affected my rest.
